Grey’s Anatomy di Shonda Rhimes si è aggiudicato il premio per lo show dell’anno, mentre il dramma entra nella sua ventesima stagione sulla ABC. Rachel Zegler è stata scelta come Action Movie Star dell’anno per The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
La serie Disney+ Loki ha vinto il premio per la serie Sci-Fi/Fantasy dell’anno, con Tom Hiddleston presente per ritirare il premio. Pedro Pascal non era presente alla cerimonia, ma ha accettato il premio per la star televisiva maschile dell’anno per The Last of Us tramite un video pre-registrato.
Jennifer Aniston ha vinto per il suo lavoro in The Morning Show di Apple TV+ nella categoria Drama TV Star of the Year. Billie Eilish ha vinto per Swarm nella categoria Performance televisiva dell’anno, mentre Lainey Wilson si è aggiudicata il premio di Artista country femminile dell’anno.
